Fielding a bare XI players each week (not literally), yet finishing 4th in the league last season has laid the foundations for an even more successful year this year and with an influx of talented players over the summer, the 'sexy' hockey we strived for last year is within our grasp. With a keen coach (whose idea of a warm up is worse than the 70 minutes played on the pitch) and a success-hungry squad of players surely we cannot fail to be as influential on the pitch as we are in the bar (coach excepted)..... |
